He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Rogers and Alexander Rogers (Sandy); his sister Bessie Rogers; his grandson Zackary Lane; his grandparents, Aaron, Catherine Rogers, Henry and Naomi Rogers; his parents-in-law, Louis and Pearl Hunt; and his brothers-in-law, Chur Bungay, Alfred Decker and Wesley Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Bradley and Connie Lane (Mike); his grandchildren, Cassandra Rogers, Makayla Lane and Nicholas Rogers; and his siblings-in-law, Cyril Hunt (Ruby), Dorcas Jane Decker and Margaret Parsons (Seymour).
Interment will follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, Centreville, NL As an expression of sympathy and in Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clayton's memory to The Gander Cancer Clinic or The Daffodil Place, St. John's, NL.
