It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Hunt of centreville, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Hunt and Virtue Hunt; his brothers, Jake (Pearl), Joseph (Marie) and Edgar John; his brother-in-law Arthur Firmage; and his sisters, Hettie Rogers (Paul) and Marjorie Brown (Clarence).

He is survived by : his wife Victoria; his children, Gloria Matthews (Roger), Gary (Monica), Rodney (Marilyn) and Michael (Sharon); his siblings, Ambrosse (Myrtle), Cecil (Phylis), Clyde (Lorainne), Guy (Daphne), Margaret Firmage and Ruby Hunt (Cyril); his sister-in-law Gladys Hunt; his grandchildren, Natasha (Steven), Christopher (Kim), Alex (Tanisha), Nicholas (Danika), Daniel, Matthew, Miranda (Kyle), Ricky (Nicole), Cody (Jamie-Lee), Kaitlin (Scott), Kelsey (Christopher) and Michaela; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Chase, Kamdyn, Kaiden, Kylie, Jaxxon, Parker, Eliot, Jayden and Olivia.

In keeping with Covid-19 recommendations and guidelines, visitation and funeral service will be by invitation only.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Hunt Family and a decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date.
