She is survived by: her husband Abe; her daughter Tina Matthews (Cecil); her daughter-in-law Bertina Ackerman; her brothers, Edwin Stratton (Winnie) and Colin Stratton; her grandchildren, Gregory Ackerman, Heather Ackerman (Craig), Andy Matthews, Tori Matthews (Cory) and Tara Matthews (Mark); her great grandchildren, Alec Matthews, Eliana Antle and Emmett Garfield; and her siblings-in-law, Lucy Stratton, Edward Ackerman (Betty), Harry Ackerman (Joan), Gord Ackerman (Lillian), Ralph Ackerman (Judy), Andrew Ackerman (Grace), Barry Ackerman, Pearl Squires (John), Jackie Vardy, Christine Leclerc (Dan) and Sandra Norris (Abbie).

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Barnabas Anglican Church.
