He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Collins (Reid) and Lawrence Collins; and his siblings, Floyd, Morris, Duke, Austin, Nancy and Gale.
He is survived by: his wife Beverley (Cox); his daughters, Laura of Centreville and Colleen Smiles (Kevin); his grandchildren, Amelia and Sawyer of Ontario; and his siblings, Job (Mary), Jeff (Cynthia), Tony (Helen), Sterling (Ann), Ivan (Paulette), Juanita (Cliff Stockley), Lillian (Don Welcher) and Jill (Jeff Glover).
