She was predeceased by: her parents, Amelia Pickett and Abi Pickett; her parents-in-law, Beatrice and John Ackerman; and her siblings, Boyce and Elsie.

She is survived by: her husband Calvin; her son Cleo (Grace) of Labrador City; her grandchildren, Tyler Ackerman (Hillary) of Wareham and Adrian Ackerman of Labrador City; her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Jackie; and her siblings, Joan Ackerman (Harry) of Centreville and Pat Anstey (Marie) of Centreville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Due to the recent advisory regarding COVID-19, there will be no public visitation or funeral at this time.
