It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert James Carter (Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Carter and Rosanna Carter; his son Wayne Carter; his siblings, Winnie Carter, Eileen Kuhl (George), Leslie Carter, Bob Carter and Cecil Carter; his parents-in-law, Thomas and Hazel Reid; and his siblings-in-law, Wallace Reid, Don Reid, Ralf Reid, Arthur Reid (Violet), Thomas Reid (Shirley), Alan Reid (Ruby), Christine Carter, Violet Vautier (Don) and Mary Bennett (Ben).
He is survived by : his wife Daisy Carter; his children, Judy Bolt (Emanuel), David Carter (Cindy) and Geraldine Coffin (Bill); his grandchildren, Michael Bolt, Jeffrey Bolt, Christopher Coffin, Crystal Gosney, Gordon Carter and Megan White; his great grandchildren, Damon Gosney, Brianna Bolt, Thomas Bolt and Aiden Bolt; his siblings, Charlie Carter (Daphine), Winston Carter and Linda Ingram (Albert); his siblings-in-law, Ruby Callahan (Ron), Jean Fieild (Victor), Madelyn Ford (Phil), Fred Reid (Maxine) and Cecil Reid (Donna); and his nephew George Kulh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
