He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neil and Alma Neil (Nee LaFosse); his parents-in-law, Jabez and Frances Herritt; and his brothers, Charlie and Darrell.
He is survived by: his wife Selma; his children, Wade (Danielle), Gerard and Tori (Ryan); his grandchildren, Dannie, Reagan and Maddie; his siblings, Janice Bragg (Lloyd), Louise Strickland (Marvin), John Neil (Karen), Charlene Neil and Colin Neil; his brother-in-law Corey Herritt (Bonita); his close friends, Dennis, Kelly, Clyde, Wallace and Gary; and his pet Bella.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. George's Anglican Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
