Katina Frances Mabel (Peckford) Keeping Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katina Frances Mabel (Peckford) Keeping (Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesley Peckford and Mabel Peckford of Change Islands; her son-in-law Keith; and her siblings, Bruce, Roy Peckford and Pamela Peckford.

She is survived by: her husband Max; her children, Suzanne of Clarenville, Trevor (Patti Lynn) of Saudi Arabia and Joey (Kylene) of Castle Rock, Colorado; her siblings, Joan Riggs of St. John's and Eddie of Lewisporte; her sisters-in-law, Joan Gale of Grand Bay and Claudia Lawrence of Edmonton; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Landon, Jacob and Kaitlyn.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul's Church or The Alzheimer's Society of Newfoundland.
