He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert, Florence Francis, Eli and Mary Chislett; his uncles, Willis, Rod and John; and his aunt Mary.
He is survived by: his parents, Jane Fancy and Eli Chislett; his stepparents, Terry and Tracy; his stepbrother Mark Thea (Robin); his close friend Ward Kinslow; and his cousin Glenda. He is also survived by 2 sons and 2 grandsons.
