Rita Hearn Obituary
In loving memory of Rita Hearn of Charleston, Newfoundland, born in Sweet Bay, Newfoundland, who departed this world on July 13, 2025 at the age of 73. Rita leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Rita farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rita is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dooley and Loretta Dooley of Sweet Bay; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Lucia Hearn of Mall Bay; and her siblings, Joe Lawrence, Gerry Dooley and Irene Dooley. She is also survived by five granddaughters one grandson and four great granddaughters also left more in our two brothers five sisters, two brother-in-law's and three sister-in-law.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church (61 Main Rd, George's Brook-Milton, NL A0C1K0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
