He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norris and Ester Norris. He is survived by: his brother Eugene Norris (Lucy); his nephew Rodney Norris; his brother-in-law Jim Houlihan; his close friends, George Bishop (Marjorie), Gary Bishop and Gerald Bradbury (Hilda); and his siblings, Mary Houlihan and William.

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of flowers donations may be made in his loving memory to All Hallows R.C. Church, North River.
