He was predeceased by : his parents, Mark Foley and Kate Foley; his brother Stephen; and his brother-in-law Gordon (Barry Patrick Joseph Foley). He is survived by : his wife Diane Mercer; his sons, Chris (Reshelle) and Stephen; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Nicholas, Lauren, Serena and Zoe; his siblings, Mark Jr., Gerard, Rick, John (Lori), Mary Jones (Roy), Marie, Joan, Rita Reardon (Gerald) and Bertha Penney (Keith); his siblings-in-law, Frank (Betty), Hyacinth and Lorraine; and his pets, Toby and Sandy. He is also survived by oldest of 10 siblings.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to a Charity of One's Choice.
