He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin Downey, Loyola Downey and Jim Downey; his nephews, Ambrose MacIsaac and Ashley MacIsaac; his children, Sabrina Josephine (Matthew) and Lee Travis; his siblings, Bernard Downey, Nora Wall, Rita Downey and Leila Murphy; and his nieces and nephews, Theresa, Raymond Jr., Bernard, Scott, Natasha, Aaron, Byron, Christopher, Leo, Terry, Walter, Louis, Corey, Wesley, Larissa, Wendy, David, Raymond and Roger.
