She was predeceased by: her husband Eric; and her siblings, Noah Porter (Mary), Mattie Jefford (Jim) and Lilly Bussey. She is survived by: her children, John (Elizabeth), Earl (Barbara), Neil (Maxine), Carl (Nancy), Paul (Patricia), Loretta (Maurice O'Brien) and Jennifer. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in keeping with Mom's love of children, donations can be made in her memory to the Church Lads Brigade, Girl Guides of Canada NL Council, or Children's Wish Foundation.
