She is survived by: her mother Paula Jacobs; her stepfather Michael Jacobs; her father Anthony Warren; her stepmother Joy Warren; her brothers, Nathaniel, Nicholas and Carter; her grandparents, Doreen, Eileen, Joyce, Ruby and Michael; and her aunts and uncles, Peggy, Donna (Gary), Cathy (Brad), Cindy (Dale), Paul (Jen), Dave (Renee), Robert and Sheldon (Danielle). She is also survived by her cousins and her friends.
