He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara; and his children, Patsy and Roger. He is survived by : his children, Randy (Mildred), Carl and Sherry (Clarence); his close friend Louise; and his grandchildren, Randy, Bradley, Lindsey, Andrew, Matthew, Cole, Keisha, Sophie and Tory. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hickey's Funeral Home (570 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X 7P8). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church (1219 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X4E2).
