He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucy and Herb; and his brother Terry. He is survived by : his wife Patsy; his children, Herb Jr. (Holly) and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Haylee, Abigail and Charles; and his siblings, Bob (Sandra), Marjorie (Danny), Gail (Gerry) and Maureen (Randy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
