He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia and John; his brother Bob; and his sister-in-law Jane. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Leisa (Nigel), Wendy (Jerry), Robert (Natalie) and Craig; and his brother Gordon (Judi). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends.
