She was predeceased by : her former life partner Cecil Dawe; her husband Les MacDonald; her parents, Clarence Pope and Armenia Pope; her siblings, Clarence, Norman Pope and Ella Rose; and her great grandchild David Spears.

She is survived by : her sons, David (Katherine) and Brian (Joy); her stepdaughters, Colleen (Mark), Wanda (John), Anita (Barry) and Judy; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Matthew), Gillian (Brian), Timothy (Karl), Jessica (Tom), Jonathan, Jacqueline (Anurag), Kristopher, Nick, Mark, Michael, Alexandra and Kristen; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Michael, Emma, Javed, Ella Rose and Oliver; her sister-in-law Christa Pope; and her close friends, Lena Moore, Ralph and June Drover.
