It is with sadness that the passing of Rodney Power (Conception Bay South, Newfoundland) is shared. Rodney, born on April 25, 1971, passed away on September 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leo; and his stepfather Kevin. He is survived by: his fiancée Jillian; his daughters, Abbi and Emma; his mother Carol Ann; his fiancée's children, Dakota, Dawson and Charlee; his siblings, Tina (Danny) and Sean (Shari); and his friend Karen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hickey's Funeral Home (570 Conception Bay Hwy, Conception Bay South, NL A1X 7P8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hickey's Memorial Chapel.
Donations may be made to Canadian Blood Services, a cause that held a special meaning for Rod, who deeply appreciated the generosity of those who donated blood throughout his time of need.
