He is survived by: his children, Emma (Higdon), Walter Rodgers and Lloyd Williams (Ingrid); his parents-in-law, Gordon and Edith Legge; his sisters-in-law, Ruby Strickland and Hazel Legge; his wife Emily; his sons, Wayne (Lisa), Bob (Annetta) and Gary (Tanya); his grandchildren, Emily Morgan (Kyle) and Jack; his great grandchild Lincoln; his brother Rev. Bill Williams (Lillian); and his siblings-in-law, Hayward Legge (Ruby), Ronald Strickland, David Legge and Rosalind Legge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
No flowers by request, donations in Vincent's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
