He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Phyllis (Kirkland); his brother John; his nephew David Turner; and his brother-in-law Don Turner (Geraldine).
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Turner); his daughters, Christa Dawson (Jason) and Vanessa Foote (Matt); his granddaughters, Clara, Beth and Julia; his brothers, Randy, James (Renee), Peter, Eddie, Bradley and Beverley; his nieces, Kelli Turner and Michelle Turner; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Turner and Betty Turner.
In Wayne's honour flowers are gratefully accepted or donations can be made in his name to The Newfoundland and Labrador Palliative Care Association or St. Edward's Cemetery Fund as their kindness and compassion helped ease a difficult time.
