She was predeceased by : her husband Bede; her son Clyde; and her son-in-law Claude John. She is survived by : her children, Yvonne John, Marilyn Drew (Wayne), Shirley Benoit (Eugene), Betty John (Larry), Gerard Benoit (Cecilia), Rod Benoit, Wayne Benoit (Gina) and Les Benoit (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Tina, Victoria, Perry, Warren, Kerri, Paula, Stephen, Will and Kailee; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Carmen, Chase, Carter, Kolton, Icarus, Eekian and Norah; and her sisters, Rose Benoit, Frances Cox, Madge Greene and Cove. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 12th 2023 at 2:00 PM at the St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church (46 Miawpukek Drive, Conne River, NL A0H1J0).
