Emmie-Jane leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Emmie-Jane’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Emmie-Jane will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her husband George Henry Butt of Newfoundland; her parents, Frederick and Ethel; and her brother Raymond (Mary). She is survived by: her nephew Fred (Susan); and her cousin Walter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Happy Feet Children's Ministry in Natuashish, Labrador.
