Gerhard Redlin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerhard Redlin of Cormack, Newfoundland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Redlin and Marta Redlin; his brother Herman; his sister-in-law Gerda Redlin; his sister Edith; his brother-in-law Wolfgang Spona; his parents-in-law, William and Pearl Wells; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy, Donna Wells, Betty Upward, Anne Wells and Eileen Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Wavey; his sons, Robert (Ingrid) and Darrell (Trina); his grandchildren, Robyn Simon (Cody) and Bradley Redlin (Sara); his siblings-in-law, Fred Wells (Elva), Rae Wells (Lucy), Verdin Wells (Christine), Bessie Murrin (Arch), Christine Lennox (Gary) and Winnie Pike (Wayne); and also Morgan Simon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to The Alzheimer Society in lieu of flowers.
