He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey; his parents, Eldon Crewe and Dorothy Crewe; his sister Millicent Robinson; his siblings-in-law, Leona Crewe, Dallas Crewe, Dorothy Caines, Lillian Pearce, Penny Budgell, Carl Robinson, Robert Watkins, Clarence Pretty and Gordon Parsons; his parents-in-law, Gordon and Dorothy Parsons; and his grandson Myles Gunn Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Lambert (Kirk); his grandsons, Darren (Linda) and Billy Joe Gunn (BJ); his siblings, Leslie Crewe, Gerald Crewe (Maggie), Gord Crewe (Ruth), Roger Crewe (Margot), Winston Crewe (Elsie), Pearl Pretty, Eileen Hurley (Garland), Louise Curtis (Derrick), Margaret Higgins (Ray) and Rose Parsons (Frank); and his in-laws, Joan Watkins, Violet Luff (Willis), Joyce Robinson (Carl), Gayle Campbell (Manuel), Joy Roberts (Leonard), Randy Parsons, Wayne Parsons (Agnes), Fred Parsons (Christine), Robert Parsons (Minnie), Ada Parsons, Edgar Caines and Francis Budgell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 10th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1).
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Cormack Pentecostal Cemetery Fund.
