She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson; her parents, Abraham Goobie and Annie Goobie; her parents-in-law, Alexander and Evangeline Goodyear; her siblings, Mable Harris (Dorman), Beatrice Cholerton (Sam), Eldred Goobie (Kay), Flora Thurston (Phil), Edna Norris (Bill), Roland Goobie (Jean), Eliza Hussey (Gordon) and Wes Goobie (Priscilla); and her sister-in-law Olga Hutchings (George).

She is survived by: her children, Alex, Ellis (Audrey) and Sylvia Osmond (Ron Taylor); her grandchildren, Debbie Smyth (Dave), Alisa Askew (Geoffrey), Alex Jr. Goodyear (Shana) of Coverdale, BC, Bret (Allison), Glenn Osmond (Janet) and Lori Osmond; her great grandchildren, Adam, Ashlyn, Thomas, Makayla and D. J.; and her close friends, Freda Moores, Daphne Bartlett and Kim Whiteway.
