She is survived by: her parents, Kathy Green (Johnny Simmonds) and Wayne Perry; her siblings, Cassandra Green, Gary Green, Jeffrey Ricks and Jason Ricks; her niece Chloe Green; her grandfather George Green; her aunts and uncles, Fred Perry, Gerald Perry, Pam Borden, Terry Perry, John Perry, Lorraine Perry, Colleen Green and Reg Campbell; her cousins, Matthew Perry and Matthew Leggo; her goddaughter Jessie Greene; her close friend Shauna Greene; and her pet Nala.
