It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amos White of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Eileen White (Sheaves); his parents, Adam White and Maria White; and his siblings, Althea, Sidney, Lindsay and Stanley.
He is survived by : his children, David (Catherine) and Margaret (Brian); his close friend Minnie Hilliard; his grandchildren, David (Kelli), Chad (Carissa), Kristen (Ryan) and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Haylee, Kylie, Lucas and Olivia; his pet Shay; and his parents-in-law, Alvin (Sharon), Raylene, Edna and Arthur. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, there will be a private family viewing and service at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating and an interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request, in lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Humber United Church Fund.
