He is survived by: his children, Edward (Maureen), Kenneth (Kim), Richard (Linda), John (Denise), Susan (Glenn) and David (Brenda); his grandchildren, Sheena, Nicole, Brayden, Dana, Sarah, Jessica, Brianna, Liam and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Burke, Cooper, Sofia and Leo; his sister-in-law Bridgett; and his niece Jocelyn.
A donation may also be made in Baxter's memory to a charity of one's choice.
