He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Penney. He is survived by: his father Chamberlain Penney; his significant other Linda; and his siblings, Dale (Phyllis), Pearce (Sherry), Todd (Gwenda), Israel, Yvonne and Karen (Kevin). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Bradley's memory to a charity of one's choice.
