He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parsons and Sarah Parsons; his wife Dorothy Annie; his son-in-law Danny Pennell; his parents-in-law, Annie and George Prosper; his sisters, Bernice, Jessie Butt (Frank) and Carrie Bishop (Guy); and his brothers-in-law, Bursey Crocker, Lester Langdon, Wesley Barnes and Gordon Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Jocelyn Boreham, Clifton Jr. Parsons (Patricia) and Jackie Parsons (Doug Poole); his grandchildren, Michelle (Leigh), Sarah, Dan (Laura) and Carleigh (Cassie); his stepgrandsons, Jason and Jeremy; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Fianna, Courtney and Isla; and his sisters, Pearl Crocker, Sadie Langdon, Dorothy Parsons and Grace Nichols (Melvin).
