We announce the death of Clyde Pike (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 29, 2026, at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily and Cyril; his brother Roger; his parents-in-law, Hettie and Charlie Howse; and his brother-in-law Don.
He is survived by: his wife Clarice; his children, Gregory and Christie Hoogendorn (Ben); his granddaughter Emma; his brothers, Brian and Kevin (Debbie); and his brothers-in-law, Winston Howse (Cathy) and Glen Howse (Helen Lundrigan).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre Funeral Home & Chapel - St. Marks Ave (4 St Marks Ave, Corner Brook, NL A2H6N1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home Chapel (4 St Marks Ave, Corner Brook, NL A2H6N1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army's Community and Family Services.
