She was predeceased by: her siblings, Guy Sheppard and Brenda Ruth; her son Jonathan Brake; and her parents, Annie Sheppard and Herbert Sheppard.

She is survived by: her husband Derm Brake; her children, Tanya Armstrong (Gary), Corina Colacicco (Joe), Hope (Leland Maccagno) and Corey Fudge; her grandchildren, Jewel (Nick), Tia (Jake), Paolo, Gabriel, Justice, Triston and Xavier; her great grandchild Ellis; and her siblings, Judy Langdon (Randy), Rene Brake (Kirk), Al Sheppard, Gary Sheppard and Lori Petten (Charles). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall.
