He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hynes and Mary Hynes (Annie Regina). He is survived by: his daughter Tina (Mark); his stepdaughters, Linda and Barb (Wayne); and his stepgrandson Colin (Diane).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre Funeral Home & Chapel - St. Marks Ave (4 St Marks Ave, Corner Brook, NL A2H6N1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
