She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; her son Eddie; her parents, Gilbert Holmes and Bessie Holmes; her siblings, Lloyd, Graham, Edwin, Jean, Cavell and Ruby; her parents-in-law, Henry and Rhoda Churchill; and her siblings-in-law, William and Alva Churchill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra (Calvin) and Shirley; her grandchildren, Michael (Nicole), Alison (Wayne), Patricia (Andrew), Michelle (Corey) and Sean (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Faith, Violet, Russell, Dallas, Hannah and Gwen; and her brother Roy Bannister (Lillian). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
No flowers by request, donations in her memory can be made to Corner Brook United Church, Park Street or to a charity of ones choice.
