It is with sadness that the passing of Frank Alexander Fisher Powell of Corner Brook, Newfoundland is shared. Frank, born on July 18, 1934, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Powell and Mary Powell; his siblings, Frederick Powell, Donald Powell, Edith Tibbitts and Margaret Powell; and his siblings-in-law, John Tibbitts, Raymond Gallagher and Arleen Powell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Gallagher, Barbara Hutchings (George) and Josiah Powell (Norma); and his sister-in-law Alison Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in his memory to the First United Church in Corner Brook or the Western Regional Hospital Foundation.
