It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Spracklin of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Spracklin (Fitzpatrick); his parents, Frederick Spracklin and Evelyn Spracklin (Sacrey); and his brother Dean Spracklin (Ted). He is survived by: his daughters, Rochelle Spracklin (Ian Stewart) and Karlyne Spracklin (Bob Best); his grandchildren, Meaghan Pike (Jared Hart), Kathleen Leger (Joey Leger), Evelyn O'Driscoll Rory O'Driscoll (Micahl Komtos) and Mitchell Best (Grace Carty); his great grandchildren, Briar, Henry, Barrett Hart, Isabelle Leger, Ada and Bryna Stewart; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Stewart (Deidre), Hilary Stewart (Greg) and Graeme Stewart (Sandy); and his siblings, Barbara Stonechild, Joan Carter (John), Carol Drodge, Wanda Spracklin and Glenn Spracklin (Susan).
