He is survived by: his children, Tamara Hynes (Brent), David Shears (Abbey), Suzanne Shears (Denny), Cory Alley and Jenna Alley; his grandchildren, Jordan, MacKenzie, Sarah, Jason, Matthew, Dominic, Alex, Danielle and Kayden; his great grandchild Hannah; his siblings, Una McEachren, Robert Shears and Cavell McEachren; and his pet Sadie.
