He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Shandi Card (Ryan) and Justin (Regan); his stepgrandchildren, Mya and Payton; his siblings, Wilmour Soper, June Hurley, Pamela Martin, Alvina Phillips (Ron) and Margaret Keel-Abbott; his brothers-in-law, David Harris (Marife) and Rodney Harris; his brother Hubert Russell (Mary); his brothers-in-law, Patrick Hurley, Wilson Keel, Brendan Martin and Maxwell Abbott; his parents-in-law, Reginald Harris and Joan Cooper; and his brothers-in-law, Reginald Harris Jr. and Allan Harris.
