He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brake and Audrey Brake; and his parents-in-law, Nick and Helen Kozak. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Brake; his children, Marcie (Franky) and Shawn Park (Melinda); his siblings, Marilyn O'Keefe, Dave Brake and Kevin Brake (Betty); and his brother-in-law Rod Kozak (Bonnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
