She was predeceased by : her husband Sandy Elson; her parents, Millicent Hopkins and Albert Hopkins; her sons, Glen and Gordon; and her great great grandchild Cole Elson.
She is survived by : her children, Violet (George), Kirby (Ida), Don (Bernice), Alec (Bobbie), Harriet (Terry), Bernice, Alton (Kim) and Ivy. She is also survived by family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Evangel Temple Church.
