She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Allen; her parents, Claude Cooper and Blanche Cooper; and her siblings, Adolph Cooper and Shirley Williams.

She is survived by: her sons, Peter Allen (Cindy), John Allen (Geraldine), Andrew Allen (Donna Lynn) and Mark Allen (Lynne); her grandchildren, Matthew (Samantha), Jeremy, Kelsey, Kristen, Thomas and Alyshia Rice; her siblings, Gerald Cooper (Joan), Roland Cooper (Marina), Kevin Cooper (Emily), Leila Vatcher and Hudson Cooper (Birgit); her nephew Sean Allen; and her sister-in-law Dawn Fields (Fred Dennis). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation or to a charity of one's choice.
