She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wells and Mary "Lena" Wells; her aunt Leona Hunt; and her pet Freddy. She is survived by: her significant other Rick Duffy; her children, Caroline (Jason) and Arthur (Megan); her granddaughters, Chelsea (Travis), Tanisha, Destiney (Nick), Kylie, Cassidy and Brooke; her siblings, Gordon, Loretta, Michelle and Robbie-Lynn; and her pets, Jesse, Woody, Kippy and Luna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Marcheta's memory to a charity of one's choice.
