She was predeceased by : her former life partner Terrance Dunphy; her husband James Buckle; her parents, Fred Christopher and Evelyn Christopher; and her siblings, Juanita, Ramona Urbenz, Fred Christopher, Dermont Christopher, Edwin Christopher and Malcolm Christopher.

She is survived by : her children, Sharon Darrigan (Don), Joseph Dunphy (Tracy), Michael Dunphy, Janice Peddle (Jamie) and Colin Buckle (Christina); her grandchildren, Christina Darrigan Skinner, Keith Dunphy, Stephen Darrigan, Jeremy Darrigan, Taylor Ledrew, Rylin Peddle, Elisha Dunphy, Abby Dunphy, Anna Peddle, Wyatt Dunphy, Evelyn Buckle, Arthur Buckle and Grayson Dunphy; her sister Elizabeth Payne (George Payne); her sisters-in-law, Gloria Christopher and Christina Christopher; her niece Juanita Brake; and her nephew Blaine Christopher. She is also survived by 8 great grand-children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fillatre Funeral Home (4 St Marks Ave, Corner Brook, NL A2H 7H7).
