It is with sadness that the passing of Marion Sarah Leggo in Corner Brook, Newfoundland is shared. Marion, born on January 20, 1941, passed away on September 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Marion will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Marion by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Marion is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Marion’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her baby boy Fred; her parents, Mary Leggo (May) and Fred Leggo; and her aunt Effie Sheppard. She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Leggo; her son-in-law John Miller; and her cousin Raymond Sheppard. She is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home Chapel (4 St Marks Ave, Corner Brook, NL A2H 7H7). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
