She was predeceased by: her parents, Oswald Hawkins and Eunice Hawkins; her parents-in-law, Jack and Loretta Lee; her siblings, John Hawkins, Ted Hawkins, Phyllis White, Bernadette Davis and Deborah Hines; and her siblings-in-law, Dolores Hawkins, Elsie Hawkins, Brenda Hawkins, Cyril Davis and Sylvester Hynes.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Lee; her daughter Gillian (Jimmy); her granddaughter Isabel; her siblings, Herbert Hawkins (Rose Marie), Cletus Hawkins, Mike Hawkins (Dorothy), Anslem Hawkins (Pauline), Muriel Hynes and Rose Orlando (Mike); and her brother-in-law Samuel Hines. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church Memorial Fund, St. George's. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, 37 West Street, Stephenville Crossing.
