He is survived by: his wife Mildred Payne; his daughter Carla Hayes (Derm); his stepchildren, Rhoda Hobbs (Dan), Lillian Blundell (Jason), Kirby Payne and Nicole Smith (Lee); his grandchildren, Terri, Geoffrey, Sherri, Sam, Donavon, Dalton and Cindy; his great grandchildren, Emily, Miley and Naomi; his siblings, Janice Park (Geordy Vincent), Brenda Park (Darren), Manzel (Judy) and Rockey; and his siblings-in-law, Ella Parsons, Rhona Parsons, Leta Hodder, Kathleen Tulk (Norman) and Vernon Francis (Jean). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
