He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Kacey Perrett (Jason) and Terimarie Kempter (Sean); and his grandchildren, Kyle Perrett (Jessica) and Alyssa Perrett.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Corner Brook Baseball Association as a tribute to Pat's memory.
