He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his parents, Clifford Caines and Gertrude Caines. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Young (Ron) of Upper Gagetown, NB, Jeff Caines (Shelley) of Charlottetown, PEI, Scott Caines (Allysia) and Gillams; his grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Kaleb, Jacob, Madeline, Amelia and Levi; and his brothers, Derek, Brian (Lammert) and Blair (Brad).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Fillatre's Funeral Home (218 Curling St, Corner Brook, NL A2H3J4).
